They are set in the prong by hand for accuracy. These are unique in that they do not have threads. The stone is held in place by the tension created with a slight bend in the pin. For snug fit bend the pin a little more, for a loose fit you can straighten the pin.

This piece features a flat back for comfort, security and discreteness.

--How to care for your body jewelry--
Since body jewelry is inserted into your flesh it will need a more thorough cleaning than other jewelry.

Body jewelry is usually pretty small so we recommend not cleaning it over a sink, but if that is your only option make sure you have a reliable drain plug.
Using mild soap and warm water simply make a soap solution by mixing small amount on your soap bases detergent into warm water. Place your jewelry into
the solution and allow it to soak for a couple of minutes. After soaking use a small brush like a tooth brush or similar item to gently scrub the jewelry, once finished
place onto a clean cloth and allow to fully dry before inserting.
